• Pre-order promo will begin on Jan 11, 12pm(whilst stocks last)
• Pre-order promo is limited to 500 units each only, first come, first served.
• Customers can only purchase 1 unit of each item per checkout.
• Pre-order promo is only running on our official website (heyhoppi.com.my) and will only run for 24 hours (or whilst stocks last).
• Pre-order only available for Malaysian residents.

Shipping/ Delivery

• Delivery starts from Feb 7. Delivery lead time is 3-5 working day for West Malaysia and 7-14 working days for East Malaysia.
• All orders that consist of any of the pre-order items will be shipped out starting from Feb 7.
• Standard shipping fee apply for EM.
  Free shipping for WM only for purchases above RM80.

Others

• Promo are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash.
• Hoppi Malaysia reserves the right to change the terms and condition for this promotion at anytime without prior notice.
